This Privacy Policy describes how AIVY LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and handles data through the Hotel Roma Palmanova MCP Service ("Service"), accessible via AI platforms including ChatGPT. We are committed to full transparency.

1. Who We Are

2. Tool Inputs and Outputs

The Service exposes two tools to AI platforms. Below is a complete description of all data inputs and outputs:

We do not collect: names, email addresses, IP addresses, payment information, device identifiers, or any personally identifiable information.

3. Purposes of Data Use

Data inputs are used exclusively to:

Query real-time room availability and pricing at Hotel Roma Palmanova (Palmanova, Italy)
Return available room options and direct booking links to the user
Generate anonymous, aggregated analytics (total search count, most searched dates) for hotel management reporting

Data is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the above.

4. Data Recipients

Bedzzle: Hotel Roma Palmanova booking engine. Receives dates and guest count to return availability.
Make.com: Automation platform used to retrieve availability and log anonymous statistics.
Google Sheets: Stores anonymous aggregated logs (dates searched, guest count, rooms found). No personal data stored.
Render.com: Hosts the MCP server. May process standard server logs per their own privacy policy.
Apify: Web automation platform used to retrieve live availability data from the hotel booking page.

We do not sell data. We do not share data with advertisers.

5. Data Retention

Query inputs (dates, guest count): not stored. Processed in real time and discarded immediately after the response.
Anonymous analytics logs: retained in Google Sheets for hotel reporting. Contain no personal data.
Server logs: standard HTTP logs may be retained by Render.com per their policy (typically 7-30 days).

6. User Controls

The Service does not collect personally identifiable information. There is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. Users may stop using the Service at any time by not interacting with it through AI platforms. For any concerns, contact andreasnot@getaivy.info.

7. Legal Basis (GDPR)

For EEA users, the legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — providing a hotel availability lookup service explicitly requested by the user. Processing is strictly limited to what is necessary for this purpose.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date reflects any changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
