Availability and pricing data is retrieved in real time from Hotel Roma Palmanova's booking system (Bedzzle). While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free at all times. All pricing displayed is indicative. Confirmed pricing and availability are subject to the hotel's official booking confirmation at the time of reservation.
The Service provides links to Hotel Roma Palmanova's direct booking system. All bookings, payments, cancellations, and modifications are processed exclusively by Hotel Roma Palmanova. AIVY LLC is not a party to any booking transaction and bears no responsibility for booking outcomes, payment processing, or disputes between the user and the hotel.
We aim to maintain the Service at high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
All software, code, and content comprising the Service are the property of AIVY LLC or its licensors. Hotel Roma Palmanova name, logo, and content are the property of Hotel Roma Palmanova. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AIVY LLC does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIVY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost bookings, or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIVY LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
